- 1 person can only buy a maximum of 4 tickets per one match
- Match tickets can be obtained through online or on the spot purchase

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY E-TICKET?
You will receive your e-ticket no later than one hour after your payment was confirmed.

DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE E-TICKET ON THE GAME DAY TO GET THE PHYSICAL TICKET?
No need to exchange your e-ticket anymore, it is now valid as your entry access. You just need to print the e-ticket and bring it to the venue.

CAN THE GAME SCHEDULE CHANGE?
Match schedules and venue can be changed without prior notice. Kindly monitor the schedule regularly.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS I CAN BUY?
You can only buy a maximum of 5 tickets in one transaction.

Provide the identity card that will match with the order data at the time of checking to enter the match area.

For children under 5 years old, they can enter the match area without a ticket, yet they will not get a seat number.
